delivery for refund or exchange within the "Returns" and "Refunds" guidelines

Office Hours:
Normal office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 Central Time (closed weekends.) Online orders may be placed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Orders may be placed by phone during office hours Monday-Friday.
Returns:
Items must
be in new condition, exactly as shipped. E-mail or call for return authorization
(RA) number before returning any item. A repackaging fee will apply if packing
materials are damaged or incomplete. Postage and insurance are the responsibility
of the sender unless the wrong item was sent. Orders cancelled after they have
been shipped-out are considered to be returns.
Refunds:
Refunds are
subject to 15% restocking fee. This includes orders cancelled after they have
been shipped-out. The restock fee covers the majority of our costs of shipping and handling on returned batteries. Shipping is not free to us.
Defective Batteries:
Within 30 Days defective Optima Batteries will be replaced or refunded. After 30 Days the manufacturer warranty will apply.
Shipping:
Standard free shipping
for Optima batteries is by UPS Ground. Some items are exceptions to the free shipping offer, as noted with product descriptions. Other shipping options are available. Shipping
to Alaska or Hawaii requires an additional shipping charge; call for details. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses except by truck freight (available for volume orders.) Any shipping damage, errors or shortages must
be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Remedy for Error or Defect:
Merchandise shipped to remedy an error on our part or a defective unit will be shipped only by ground service within the U.S. 48 states or Priority Mail to AK or HI.
Receipts:
We
do not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any outside party
not involved with the fulfillment of your order.
